The state record. Project TABS2026026439, Tractor Supply, facility name Tractor Supply, was registered with TDLR's Architectural Barriers program on 7/29/2026. The filing lists the location as E Bankhead Highway & Willow Bend drive, Willow Park, TX 76008, in Parker County; new construction; 22,122 square feet; an estimated cost of $6,000,000; a start date of 11/2/2026 and a completion date of 4/30/2027; and a current status of Project Registered. The scope of work describes a new single-story commercial building, fully sprinkled, for Tractor Supply. The owner of record is Bar-KO Land Company, LLC, 1212 McLendon Road, Weatherford, Texas 76088; the design firm is Helt Design Architecture Interiors, 6405 Wilkinson Blvd., Suite 100, Belmont, North Carolina; the registered accessibility specialist is Arthur J. Morgan, RAS #1174, of Buffalo, Texas. The filing says the project is privately funded, on private land for private use, that the private funds are not provided by a tenant, and lists the tenant as not assigned.
The plat and the zoning. The Willow Park City Council's Sept. 22 agenda, as the Ledger's agenda brief reads it, carries public hearings and votes on initial Commercial (C) zoning for approximately 0.82 acres owned by BAR-KO Land Company, LLC and approximately 0.33 acres owned by Willow Park Services, LLC, both in the James Oxer Survey, Abstract No. 1029, and a vote on the final plat of the Tractor Supply Addition, 8.441 acres, Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1. The draft Sept. 8 minutes in that packet record the council's 5-0 votes approving the voluntary annexation of both tracts.
What the record does not show. Whether Tractor Supply Company has announced the store, an opening date, or a sales-tax permit at the address: the Comptroller's active permit list the Ledger read Sept. 22 does not show one at E Bankhead Highway and Willow Bend Drive. A TDLR registration is the accessibility review required for construction of public buildings; it is not a building permit, and the filed dates are the registrant's estimates. The Ledger will report the council's plat vote when the minutes post and the opening date when the company or the city posts one.
