What will my 2026 tax bill be?

Estimator, tax year 2026

Enter the appraised value from your Parker County Appraisal District notice. The estimator applies the state homestead exemptions and the rates each unit has adopted or proposed for 2026, and shows what the same value would have cost at last year's rates.

Every parcel in the district also pays Weatherford College, and many pay a municipal utility district, emergency services district or the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District. Those rates are not included here. The Parker County Appraisal District's property search lists every unit on your parcel. Look up your parcel at PCAD.

Rates per $100 of taxable value. Adopted rates come from each unit's own records; proposed rates are labeled. Local optional homestead exemptions for the city and county are not applied because the Ledger has not confirmed them; the school-district exemptions are set by state law. The 10% homestead appraisal cap and any over-65 tax ceiling are not modeled; if either applies to you, the real bill is lower than this estimate. This is an estimate for planning, not a bill; the bill comes from the Parker County Tax Assessor-Collector in October.
