How to read this

The no-new-revenue rate is the rate that would raise the same total tax on the same properties as the year before; a total rate above it means the unit raised more revenue from existing property, and below it means less. The voter-approval rate is the ceiling a unit can adopt without an election. Both are the Comptroller's figures as reported by the appraisal district. Where a unit's own tax page and the Comptroller's file differ in the last digits of a rate, both are shown as reported. M&O is maintenance and operations, the day-to-day rate; I&S is interest and sinking, the debt rate.

Rates are per $100 of taxable value. Values and rates are as reported to the Comptroller by the Parker County Appraisal District; the levy is the Comptroller's calculation, not collections. An asterisk in the source marks a rate the appraisal district did not provide. School district taxable value shown is the value for M&O purposes. Parker County's total is the sum of its general fund and road and bridge rates as the Comptroller reports it.
