The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation's project record, registered May 21, lists a new daycare of 11,502 square feet at an estimated $2,500,000, with a June 29, 2026 start and a June 29, 2027 completion. The company's media advisory says the school will serve children from six weeks to six years old and is slated to open in spring 2027.

Aledo's council approved the settlement Oct. 1 by unanimous vote, one member abstaining, and Willow Park's council voted 4-0 on Sept. 22 to accept and sign the mediated settlement agreement and mutual release, both per draft minutes.
