Willow Park's planning commission meets Tuesday on preliminary and final plats for an 8.441-acre Tractor Supply Addition and initial zoning for the two Willow Bend Court pieces
The Sept. 15 agenda, posted Sept. 9, lists public hearings on a C Commercial District classification for approximately 0.82 acres owned by BAR-KO Land Company and approximately 0.33 acres owned by Willow Park Services, and plats for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Tractor Supply Addition, Property ID 118980.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 120 El Chico Trl., Suite A, per the agenda, which was posted September 9th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Item 1 is approval of the July 21st, 2026 minutes.
Items 2 and 3 are a public hearing and action on the establishment of an initial zoning classification of Class III, Business: C Commercial District on approximately 0.82 acres in the James Oxer Survey, Abstract No. 1029, owner BAR-KO Land Company, LLC. Items 4 and 5 are the same hearing and action for approximately 0.33 acres in the same survey, a portion of Lot 2, Block 1, Bankhead Commons Addition, owner Willow Park Services, LLC. The agenda describes both tracts as currently located within the city limits; the council's Sept. 8 agenda had carried public hearings on the voluntary annexation of the same two tracts, and the city had not posted minutes of that meeting as of Sept. 13.
Items 6 and 7 are the preliminary plat and the final plat for Tractor Supply Addition, 8.441 acres, Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, in the James Oxer Survey, Property ID 118980. Item 8, staff comments, lists discussion about changing meeting dates starting in October to the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
To speak, the agenda says residents must complete a speaker form and turn it in to the City Secretary at least five minutes before the start of the meeting; comments are limited to five minutes per person.

How this was sourced: Primary document: the P&Z agenda, read Sept. 13. No packet was linked from the meetings hub as of Sept. 13, so the staff reports and plat drawings were not reviewed. Whether the council annexed the two tracts Sept. 8 is not on the record until the minutes post.
