Aledo

A 43,000-square-foot indoor sports complex is planned for 400 Bailey Ranch Road, next to the high school

Aledo resident Ross Elmore's Elmore Investments bought the 5.4-acre site last fall. Plans call for pickleball, tennis and padel courts, baseball and softball training, a pro shop and a restaurant.

A 43,000-square-foot indoor multi-sport complex is planned at 400 Bailey Ranch Road, on a 5.4-acre site adjacent to Aledo High School. Owner Ross Elmore, an Aledo resident, told The Community News the facility will be centered on the community. Elmore Investments bought the land from The Groves of Aledo in October 2025; LanCarte Commercial represented the seller.

The plan includes pickleball, tennis and padel courts under the Aledo Racquet Club name, baseball and softball training facilities under Twitch Athletics, a pro shop and a restaurant, according to the brokerage that handled the sale. No construction timeline was disclosed at the time of the sale; The Community News reported this summer that the facility is coming.

It joins a run of recreation projects in the area, including the Aledo Soccer Club's new home, which broke ground in late January, and The Back Nine Golf, a 24-hour indoor facility that opened in Willow Park on March 26. The project is on the Growth Ledger's watch list; the Ledger will add permit details as they appear in city records.
