The state record. Project TABS2026008203, Aledo Racquet Club, facility name 400 Bailey Ranch Road Development, was registered with TDLR's Architectural Barriers program on 12/16/2025. The filing lists the location as 400 Bailey Ranch Rd, Aledo, TX 76008, in Parker County; new construction; 70,667 square feet; an estimated cost of $5,000,000; a start date of 3/2/2026 and a completion date of 1/25/2027; and a current status of Review Complete. The scope of work describes new ground-up construction of (3) buildings: a 41,106 SF Pickleball and Tennis Facility, a 4,515 SF Restaurant, a 10,626 SF Exercise Facility and Tenant Space and a 14,420 SF Hitting and Pitching Analytics Facility. The four listed spaces add to 70,667 square feet, the Ledger's arithmetic, matching the filed total.
Who filed it. The owner of record is Elmore Investment Holdings, LLC, 504 Praire Run, Aledo, Texas 76008, as the filing spells it; no tenant is assigned; the design firm is 97w, LLC, 901 S Main St, Fort Worth, Texas 76104; the registered accessibility specialist is Michael J. Love, RAS #7, of Arlington. The filing says the project is privately funded, on private land for private use, and that the private funds are not provided by the tenant.
The land. REBusiness Online reported on Oct. 24, 2025, that Elmore Investments had purchased a 5.4-acre site at 400 Bailey Ranch Road adjacent to Aledo High School with plans for a sports facility with pickleball courts, tennis and padel courts, softball and baseball training facilities, a pro shop and a restaurant, that the seller did business as The Groves of Aledo, and that a construction timeline was not disclosed. The Ledger did not review the deed.
What the record does not show. A sales-tax permit at the address: the Comptroller's active permit list the Ledger read Sept. 26 does not show one at 400 Bailey Ranch Rd. A TDLR registration is the accessibility review required for construction of public buildings; it is not a building permit, a site plan, a certificate of occupancy or an opening date, and the filed dates are the registrant's estimates. The Ledger will report an opening date when the company or the city posts one.
