Where it stands: Aledo and Fort Worth's suit against Willow Park over the 320-acre Beall-Dean Ranch tract is pending in the 43rd District Court. Aledo's Sept. 17 minutes record an executive session on a potential Settlement Agreement with no action taken; the Oct. 1 agenda opens with a 5 p.m. work session on Dean Ranch and lists the case in closed session. Willow Park's Sept. 22 agenda listed it with the words Mediated Settlement Agreement & Mutual Release; no minutes from that meeting were posted as of Sept. 27. No ruling on the injunction has been published.
