The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session March 7, 2016, at 5:01 p.m. with President Jay Stringer, Secretary Steve Bartley and Trustees Jennifer Loftin, Bobby J. Rigues and Dr. David Tillman present. The board heard presentations and rebuttals in closed session on a Level III grievance filed by a parent against a district employee, then met with its attorney in executive session from 6:17 to 7:18 p.m. On a motion by Tillman seconded by Bartley, it voted 4-1 to accept the Level II grievance decision, with Rigues against, and adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
