Dr. Phil Gore and Kay Douglas of TASB Leadership Team Services led the eXceptional Governance board development workshop for the trustees and the district's central administration cabinet. The workshop adjourned at 9:07 p.m.

Eleven action items passed 7-0, including three curriculum purchases, the middle school parking project, custodial and grounds extensions, and the auditor for 2025-2026. Collins, Lear and Tarrant were re-elected as officers.
