TxDOT and Parker County signed the funding agreement for FM 5 to Aledo Iona Road in October 2025, the county amended the Freese & Nichols design contract in February 2026, and the Aledo council took up a $932,729 Freese and Nichols design contract on Sept. 3, 2026; that vote reaches the record when the minutes post.
