Interlocal Agreement with Town of Annetta South for road repairs. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Addendum with Town of Annetta South for road repairs on Koldin Drive. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Executed First Addendum to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Willow Park for Dispatch Services.
Executed Interlocal Agreement with Annetta South for platting purposed in the ETJ.
Executed Resolution with the City of Willow Park.
Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Bear Creek Ranch Phase Two and accept Mirelle Drive, Britt Street, and Luker Street as county-maintained roadways in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Rio Vista Addition PH 2 consisting of 400.02 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Bear Creek North and accept Jaxon Drive as county-maintained roadways in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Lakeridge Ranches Addition consisting of 119.40 acres developed by JRM Land and Cattle Co. LLC located off of White Settlement Road with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
