Commissioners Court approves an Oncor pole across the county right of way on East Bankhead Drive

East Parker County items from the March 9, 2026, regular session.

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session March 9, 2026. Under Precinct 4, the court approved a permit request by Oncor Electric Delivery, LLC, through contractor PIKE Electric, to set an electric pole across the county right of way on E Bankhead Drive, on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley. The court also approved a groundwater study waiver for a two-lot, 3.008-acre subdivision to be known as Dalzell Acres in Precinct Four.

The court met in closed session on consultation with its attorney, real estate, security and economic development, and adjourned at 11:57 a.m. Its other business is not reported here.
