The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Jan. 12, 2026. The chief deputy presented a contract amendment to the City of Aledo's patrol contract with the Sheriff's Office, which the court approved on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley.
An item to discuss negotiations on proposed commercial and financial benefits from Beall Dean Ranch Development as a business prospect, and terms for economic incentives, was posted by Judge Deen under Texas Government Code Section 551.087 and ended with no action. The court also discussed potential data centers in Parker County, with the Precinct 4 chair among those presenting, and took no action.
Under Precinct 4 plats, the court received notification of final plat applications for Walsh Ranch Quail Valley 7A and 7B, developed by Quail Valley Devco VIIA, LLC, and Quail Valley Devco VIIB, LLC, on Interstate 30 in Fort Worth's extraterritorial jurisdiction, notification only, and took no action on an item to extend or call the maintenance bond in the Parker Ridge subdivision. The meeting adjourned at 12:32 p.m.
