Begin the revision process for a subdivision to be known as La Madera PH 7 located in the ETJ of Annetta South consisting of 2.235 acres developed by Thomas Paul & Jennifer Ann Briscoe located off of San Jacinto Drive with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
