Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision known as Arber Acres located in the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth consisting of 6.309 acres located off of Arrowhead St and Hillcroft Road developed by David Arber and Elizabeth Howe with Central State Water Source in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve the preliminary; carried.
Amendment for Bear Creek Ranch Phase 1 consisting of 4.08 acres located off of Winding Creek Trail developed by Peter and Shara Case with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
Approve the waiver for groundwater study for the revision of Bear Creek North located in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Bear Creek North Lots 11, 12, 17-20 consisting of acres developed by Patrick and Agatha Tshimankinda located off of Jaxon Drive with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
