Approve the process of lowering the speed limit on Bankhead Highway at Kelly Road in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
Begin the revision for a subdivision to be known as Lakeridge Ranches in the ETJ City of Fort Worth consisting of 113.39 acres developed by JRM Land & Cattle Co., LLC located off of White Settlement Road with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
Approve the process of posting a four-way stop sign at Bear Creek, Ridgehill Drive and Scenic View Drive in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
Release of 121.12 acres from the City of Weatherford ETJ from KBM Trust located off of Bear Creek Road in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Review and execute the Addendum with the Town of Annetta North for road repair services in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
