Commissioners Court approves the Sierra Vista Ph 1-B and La Dorada Ph 1A plats for Kelly Ranch Estates, 121.892 acres in Precinct Four

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session March 10, 2025. Under Precinct 4 plats, on motions by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley, the court approved the final plat for Sierra Vista Ph 1-B, 30.541 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC with Cresson Crossroad MUD #2; approved a special warranty deed for additional right of way off Bear Creek Road for that subdivision; approved the final plat for La Dorada Addition Ph 1A, 91.351 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC with Cresson Crossroads MUD; and approved a groundwater study waiver for Golden Acres Estates, 17.679 acres in three lots. Each motion carried. The combined acreage of the two Kelly Ranch plats, 121.892 acres, is the Ledger's arithmetic.
