Commissioners Court approves the Bluejack Ranch Phase 1 plat, 95.888 acres off Highway 377 South, and accepts the executed Willow Park road agreement

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Aug. 25, 2025. Under Precinct 4 plats, the court approved a variance from the county subdivision and on-site sewage rules for the road width in a subdivision to be known as Bluejack Ranch, and approved the final plat for Bluejack Ranch Phase 1, with 33 residential lots and 12 reserve lots on 95.888 acres off Highway 377 South, developed by Aledo Ranch with Cresson Crossroads MUD #2, each on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley.

The court accepted into the minutes the executed interlocal agreement for road repairs with the City of Willow Park.
