Commissioners Court permits Zayo Group fiber lines along Aledo Iona, Muir and Bear Creek roads

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Nov. 10, 2025. Under Precinct 4, the court approved a permit for Zayo Group, LLC, to lay fiber optic lines across the county right of way on Aledo Iona Road, Muir Road and Bear Creek Road, after a presentation by a project manager for the contractor, on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley.
The court's other Precinct 4 business that day, a Younger Ranch revision off FM 1886 and a Weatherford release notice, lies outside the east Parker County footprint and is not reported here.
