Commissioners Court receives notice of Morningstar North, 130 lots on 38.607 acres, and waives driveway distances for Bluejack Ranch Phase Two

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Nov. 24, 2025. Under Precinct 4 plats, the court approved a waiver for driveway distances for Bluejack Ranch Phase Two on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley, and received notification of the Morningstar North phase, 38.607 acres with 130 lots inside Fort Worth's extraterritorial jurisdiction, developed by Pape-Dawson, LLC, in Precinct Four, notification only.

The meeting recessed at 11:42 a.m. and reconvened at 11:52 a.m. The court's other business is not reported here.
