Approve CCL 2 temporary lease of furniture for the Willow Park Annex. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve the lease of furniture for Judge Johnson’s courtroom; all aye; carried.
Notification of the revision for Boling Ranch Estates Phase Three located within the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth in Precinct Four. Commissioner Conley stated that Boling Ranch Estates is in Precinct One as opposed to Precinct Four as stated in the item. No action taken.
Notification of a subdivision to be known as La Madera Phase 7 located within the ETJ of the City of Annetta South in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Approve the final plat for the subdivision known as Rio Vista Addition Phase 1 developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road and Bear Creek Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD #2 in Precinct Four. A Public Hearing opened at: 12:12 p.m. No response from the Public was heard. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve 9-D-4; all aye; carried.
