Approve Addendum No.5 with the Town of Annetta. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Enchanted Lakes Inc. located in the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth consisting of .378 acres developed by Allison & Ray Yanda located off of Overlook trail with Walnut Creek as their water source in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-1; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 4.08 acres developed by GH Lumar LLC located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. A Public Hearing opened at: 12:29 p.m. . No response from the Public was heard. The Public Hearing closed at: 12:30 p.m. Motion by Commissioner‘Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the amended plat for a subdivision known as Aledo Heights consisting of 93.54 acres developed b Aledo Heights, LLC, Kenmark Homes LP and Elmwood Homes LLC located off of FM 5 with Town of Annetta water in Precinct Four. A Public Hearing opened at: 12:43 p.m. No response from the Public was heard. The Public Hearing closed at: 12:44 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
