Commissioners Court approves an Old Weatherford Road change order, moves to condemn a Hudson Oaks parcel for the Oakridge project, and approves Prairie Creek Business Park
On property at 613 N Oakridge Drive, Hudson Oaks, the court voted, on a motion by Commissioner Holt seconded by Commissioner Walden, that there is a public need and necessity for the roadway, that the county's offer to purchase had not produced an agreement, and that the county should proceed with condemnation efforts. The motion carried.
