Addendum for the Town of Annetta for road repairs in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the Interlocal Agreement with Willow Park for road repairs in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the Addendum for road repairs with the City of Willow Park for road repairs in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Begin the revision process for Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 4.07 acres developed by GH Lumar JV located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 11-C-9 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as La Dorada Phase 1 consisting of 170.85 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD #2 in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
