The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session April 8, 2024 at the courthouse in Weatherford. The east Parker County items, as the minutes record them:
Begin the revision process for the subdivision known as Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 4.08 acres developed by GH Lumar LLC located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABESENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as Lakeridge Ranches located within the ETJ City of Ft. Worth consisting of 119.40 acres developed by JRM Land & Cattle, LLC located off of White Settlement Road with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
Approve the waiver for a groundwater study for Bear Creek Ranch Lot 12 R in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
Approve the final revision plat for the subdivision Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 4.07 acres developed by GH Lumar LLC located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. A Public Hearing opened at: 11:00 p.m. No response from the Public was heard. The Public Hearing closed at: 11:00 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
