Begin the revision process for Bear Creek Phase 3 developed by Brothers in Christ Properties LLC and Bryson Adams located off of Bear Creek Ranch Road with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Bear Creek Phase 3 in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the addendum for the Town of Annetta for Road Repairs in Precinct. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
