Begin the revision process for the subdivision known as Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 12.08 acres located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve C-3 as presented in court today; all aye; carried.
Approve the Interlocal Agreement and Addendum for the Town of Annetta for road repairs in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve 9-D-1; all aye; carried.
