Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Aledo River PH 1 consisting of 2.207 acres developed by Westbrook Project Management LLC with well water in Precinct Four. A Public Hearing opened at: 11:38 a.m. No response from the Public was heard. The Public Hearing closed at: 11:38 a.m. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Begin the cancelation process for Lot 1, Block 7, Lot 15AR and 15 BR, Block 7, of Hilltop Park Addition in Precinct four released from the City of Fort Worth ETJ Commissioner Walden left the meeting at: 11:39 a.m. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
