Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Rio Vista Addition Phase 1B consisting of 14.77 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD #2 located in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Judge Pro Tem Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Pro Tem Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Judge Deen; carried.
