Accept payment from Quality Excavation for Kelly Road Pavement Repair. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Accept the Resolution 2024-03 from the City of Hudson Oaks for Release from the Extra Territorial Jurisdiction for 27.856 acres. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Executed Second Addendum Interlocal Agreement with the City of Hudson Oaks for Dispatch Services.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Arber Acres located in the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth consisting of 6.309 acres located off of Arrowhead St and Hillcroft Road developed by David Arber and Elizabeth Howe with Central State Water Source in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Begin the process to make East Bankhead a School Speed Zone Area. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
