Begin the revision process for Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 4.07 acres developed b GH Lumar LLC located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for the revision on Bear Creek Ranch in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Pecos River Ranch Addition consisting of 2.009 acres released from the City of Fort Worth ETJ developed by David Arrington LLC DBA Pecos River Rach located off of East FM Hwy 1187 with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
