Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Bear Creek Ranch Phase 1 and accept Winding Creek Trail and Hidden Bluff Drive as County Maintained Roadways. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
Approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Willow Park for road repairs in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
