How this was sourced: Primary documents: the county clerk's minutes of the May 12, 2025 session, a scanned PDF the Ledger converted to text by OCR, and the posted agenda. Only items concerning east Parker County are reported; the court's other business is omitted by design. Every vote, figure and name above appears in the minutes; where the OCR text is unclear the entry says so. The Ledger did not review a recording. Written Sept. 5, 2026, for the archive.
