Commissioners Court approves the Aledo River Phase Two plat, 34.05 acres off Jenkins Road, with a right-of-way deed and letter of credit

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session June 9, 2025. Under Precinct 4 plats, on motions by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley, the court approved a driveway-distance variance for Aledo River Phase Two, accepted its groundwater certification study, and approved the final plat: a subdivision released from the City of Aledo's extraterritorial jurisdiction on Oct. 26, 2023, with 11 lots and one lot being Hood Cemetery, on 34.05 acres off Jenkins Road, developed by Aledo River Estates LLC with well water.
The court accepted a special warranty deed for additional right of way off Jenkins Road for the subdivision, accepted its letter of credit for construction on a motion by Commissioner Walden, and approved the right-of-way dedication for Willow Bend Court. The meeting closed at 11:01 a.m.
