Commissioners Court rejects a counter offer for a Hudson Oaks parcel on the Oakridge Drive project and clears a La Madera lot in Annetta South's ETJ

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session June 23, 2025. On a motion by Commissioner Walden seconded by Commissioner Conley, the court rejected the counter offer for Parcel 3 of the Oakridge Drive Project at 613 N Oakridge Drive, Hudson Oaks; County Judge Pat Deen and Commissioners Conley, Walden and Hale voted aye with none opposed.
Under Precinct 4 plats, the court approved a groundwater study waiver and began the revision for La Madera Ph 7 in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Annetta South, one lot of 5.349 acres off San Jacinto Drive with well water, each on a motion by Hale seconded by Conley with the same four ayes.
