Parker County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Weatherford

Commissioners Court approves dispatch and jail interlocals with Willow Park and a jail agreement with Aledo, and receives Walsh Ranch Quail Valley notices

East Parker County items from the Sept. 22, 2025, regular session.

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Sept. 22, 2025. It approved interlocal agreements with the City of Willow Park for dispatch services and for jail services, and with the City of Aledo for jail services, the last on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley; a Weatherford College jail agreement passed the same day. The county planner presented each.

The court accepted into the minutes the executed interlocal agreements with the City of Hudson Oaks for jail services and for dispatch services, and under Precinct 4 plats received notifications from the City of Fort Worth of the Walsh Ranch Quail Valley planning areas 7A and 7B. It also accepted a resignation from the Emergency Services District 8 board and authorized posting for a replacement.

How this was sourced: Primary documents: the county clerk's minutes of the Sept. 22, 2025 session, a scanned PDF the Ledger converted to text by OCR, and the posted agenda. Only items concerning east Parker County are reported; the court's other business is omitted by design. Every vote, figure and name above appears in the minutes; where the OCR text is unclear the entry says so. The Ledger did not review a recording. Written Sept. 5, 2026, for the archive.
