Commissioners Court authorizes a $19,708,515 amended TxDOT funding agreement for Old Weatherford Road from FM 3325 to Coder

The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session Oct. 27, 2025. On an item presented by Chris Bosco, the court authorized the county judge to sign Advanced Funding Agreement CSJ 0902-38-140, Amendment 2, with TxDOT for Old Weatherford Road from FM 3325 to Coder, in the amount of $19,708,515, on a motion by Commissioner Hale seconded by Commissioner Conley. The motion carried.

The court also accepted Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District grant agreements for rainwater harvesting projects in Precinct Two and Precinct Four, and under Precinct 4 plats received notification of a subdivision to be known as Farmer Road and Old Weatherford Addition, 11.173 acres off FM 3325 in Fort Worth's extraterritorial jurisdiction, with no action.
