The CFO presented the proposal; the board took no action and thanked the community.
The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees held a special town hall meeting Sept. 10, 2013, with six trustees present. Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld presented an overview of the proposed tax rate. Four speakers addressed the board before a recess and nine after it. Trustees thanked Husfeld and the community and encouraged residents to attend regular meetings. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
