A pre-meeting budget session sets two more budget meetings and an Aug. 29 adoption date
Trustees asked for information on teacher insurance premiums.
The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session Aug. 15, 2016, at 6:04 p.m. with five trustees present and two arriving at 6:58. Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld presented a 2016-2017 budget update. The board set further budget meetings for Aug. 23 and 25 at 6:15 p.m., asked for information on teacher insurance premiums, and set Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. to adopt the budget and tax rate. The session adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
