Trustees accept a 1% pay increase and ask the CFO for $100,000 more in cuts
The Aug. 25 budget meeting was canceled as unnecessary.
The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session Aug. 23, 2016, with all seven trustees present. Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld presented the proposed 2016-2017 budget. Trustees accepted the recommendation for a one percent pay increase and asked Husfeld to make an additional $100,000 in budget cuts, and canceled the Aug. 25 meeting. The session adjourned at 9:14 p.m.
