The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session Oct. 12, 2017, at 7:02 p.m. at Walsh Elementary with Secretary Jennifer Loftin presiding and Trustees Bobby J. Rigues, Julie Turner and Dr. David Tillman present; Forrest Collins arrived at 7:45 p.m. The 2017 bond program presentation was given and questions were answered. The meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m.

Eleven action items passed 7-0, including three curriculum purchases, the middle school parking project, custodial and grounds extensions, and the auditor for 2025-2026. Collins, Lear and Tarrant were re-elected as officers.
