The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session July 30, 2018, with all seven trustees present for a 2018-2019 budget workshop. Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld led the workshop and Deputy Superintendent Lynn McKinney gave a staffing overview. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.

Eleven action items passed 7-0, including three curriculum purchases, the middle school parking project, custodial and grounds extensions, and the auditor for 2025-2026. Collins, Lear and Tarrant were re-elected as officers.
