The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees held a workshop Nov. 18, 2025, with all seven trustees present: Forrest Collins, David Lear, Zachary Tarrant, Lynn Morgan, Jim Scott, Hoyt Harris and Jeremy Pruett. No one spoke during public comment.
Jim Vaszauskas led the board in its required Team of 8 training. The board then met in executive session on personnel, consultation with its attorney, real property and a student matter, and adjourned at 8:12 p.m. No action is recorded.
