Engineering design and management services contract for FM 1187 Widening. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve as : presented; carried.
Engineering design and management services contract for Kelly Road Improvements. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve as presented; carried.
Discuss/Approve the updated contract with the City of Aledo for police services for FY 24-25. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
Executed Memorandum of Understanding between Aledo ISD Police Department, Aledo ISD and Parker County Sheriff’s Office.
Executed Second Addendum for the Interlocal Agreement with Willow Park for dispatch services. Item 8; B-G were accepted into the minutes.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as Bear Creek North consisting of 12.91 acres developed by Patrick & Agatha Tshimankinda, Shane & Kathleen Hensley, LaParis Investments, LLC John & Monica Smith, Zachary Croslin. Austin Grantham, and Casey & Hayden Lackey located off of Jaxon Road with well water in Precinct Four. A Public Hearing opened at: 12:01 p.m. No response from the Public was heard. The Public Hearing closed at: 12:01 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
