The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session Aug. 11, 2014, with five trustees present once Dr. David Tillman arrived. True Consulting Group compared hosted or cloud devices with on-premise devices. The board discussed the number of propositions and polling places for a possible 2014 bond election, and Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld updated the budget calendar, the general fund and the debt service fund. A motion to approve policy DEC(Local) was made and seconded; the minutes record no vote count. No executive session was needed, and the meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
