Discuss/Approve Request for the City of Willow Park, Texas to annex a portion of East Bankhead Highway for a distance of approximately 7,313 feet and comprising approximately 10.98 acres of land pursuant to section 43.1055 of the Local Government Code to allow the city to annex an approximately 3.208 acre tract of land situated in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract Number 647 and the Heirs of Francisco Sanchez Survey, Abstract 2346, Parker County, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Accept/Reject/Renew TB RFQ PC24-01 On-Systems Projects Engineering Design. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the committee’s recommendations for Graham and Associates for I-20; Halff and Associates for FM 730; and Teague, Nall and Perkins for FM 1187 to begin the negotiation phase; all aye; carried.
Approve the Order for the voluntary annexation for approximately a 996-acre tract of land located off of White Settlement Road and Pearson Ranch Road with the City of Weatherford and take aby action the court deems necessary. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
