Six trustees discussed the 2025-2026 budget between executive sessions from 6:01 to 7:22 p.m. and 8:20 to 8:43 p.m.

The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees held a workshop Aug. 11, 2025, with Trustees Forrest Collins, David Lear, Jim Scott, Lynn Morgan, Jeremy Pruett and Zachary Tarrant present.

Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld discussed the 2025-2026 budget, which the board adopted two weeks later. The board met in executive session twice, from 6:01 to 7:22 p.m. and from 8:20 to 8:43 p.m., on the superintendent's contract, consultation with its attorney, real property and a student matter. No action is recorded.
