Board canvasses the May 5 election: David Lear, Jennifer Loftin and Jessica Brown elected to Places 1, 2 and 3
The canvass passed 6-0 at President Jay Stringer's last special meeting.
The Aledo ISD Board of Trustees met in special session May 15, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. with President Jay Stringer, Secretary Jennifer Loftin and Trustees Bobby J. Rigues, Forrest Collins and Julie Turner present; Vice President Hoyt Harris arrived at 8:33 a.m. On Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld's recommendation, the board canvassed the May 5 trustee election results, David Lear for Place 1, Loftin for Place 2 and Jessica Brown for Place 3, 6-0. After an executive session on athletic and curriculum administration from 8:33 to 9:12 a.m., the meeting adjourned.
