The board commended powerlifting state qualifiers, UIL Class 5A FTC robotics state qualifiers, Walsh Elementary's third-grade team and the new principal of Walsh Elementary. The consent agenda passed 7-0 and included a contract extension for career and technical education vendors and memoranda of understanding with law enforcement agencies.

The board approved, each 7-0: security camera video management servers and student Chromebooks purchased with emergency connectivity funds, presented by Executive Director of Technology Brooks Moore; instructional materials for Lynn McKinney Elementary from the 2023 bond; the adoption of science and career and technical education curriculum, presented by Director of Assessment and Accountability Candace Summerhill; and a vehicle for the agriculture education program, presented by Chief Financial Officer Earl Husfeld.
